“It Made My Body So Much Stronger and More Flexible in Such a Short Time
I decided to try Yoga because I had been going to the gym twice a week and, although I did become a lot fitter, my stomach wasn’t very firm. I was getting very frustrated and my friend suggested we try Yoga as she had already tried it and enjoyed it. I had no idea what to expect.
After the first lesson I wasn’t sure if I liked it or if I had actually done any exercise but the next day my body ached and I new that what I had done was making a difference. I started enjoying it because although it was hard, it made my body so much stronger and more flexible in such a short time.
The thing I enjoyed about Yoga is that, although your body gets a lot stronger and fitter, you are not straining any muscles. Abbie devises a routine to suit any problems you may have and you progress in your own time. My posture has also improved; I’ve always had a lot of trouble with knots in my shoulders but I haven’t had any since. I definitely recommended NorburYoga as it can be done by anyone and will make your body strong, toned, flexible and relaxed. It’s well worth trying!”
