I’ve dabbled in Yoga before but I wanted personal tuition, specifically to target the strengthening of my core and help correct my bad posture. What has shocked me the most is how doing one hour a week with Abbie and some home practise (if I get time) has resulted in such a visible difference in my core strength in such a short time.
Initially I thought progress was slow but the results speak for themselves. I justify the money to my husband by saying it’s the equivalent of paying for a personal trainer at the gym, who ensures you’re a) doing it correctly and b) doing the poses are right for you depending on what you want out of it. Abbie is friendly, encouraging and very professional. I’d recommend her to anyone!”
